Difficulty: Very Easy

Time spent in the kitchen: 5 minutes or less

Time start to finish: 15 minutes.

 Finished Product: Pretty good

This snack was definitely quick and easy to prepare.  I was excited to try these, but they didn’t turn out as life-changing as I expected.  They tasted pretty good, but it’s not something I think I’ll make very often.

It would be perfect if you’re looking for a quick easy snack for your kids, but it’s not my new go to snack.

Side note: While preparing to try this recipe, I did discover tiny packages of crescent rolls I didn’t know existed.  There are four crescent rolls in there. How perfect is this for cooking for one or two?!

Difficulty: Easy

Time spent in the kitchen: 30 min.

Time start to finish: 1 hour 30 min.

Finished Product: I won’t be trying it again.

A coworker tried this recipe and loved it, but my version didn’t turn out great.  I did alter the recipe a bit by not adding tabasco sauce because I didn’t have any—that was probably a mistake.  My sauce turned out VERY sweet and never thickened up.

Though my sauce was less than delicious, the coating for the chicken was great. It’s simple, but it was easy and yielded nice, crispy nuggets.

This recipe might be worth a shot if you have tabasco sauce in your cabinets, but it’s not one I will try again.
